In the Offshore Development Center mode of operation, the client allocates a fixed number of resources at our development centers. The resources work as pseudo employees of our clients at our development center and perform project activities as per the client inputs. The project in such cases based on client requirements and convenience could be executed either on
- Time and Material basis : Resource are fixed and paid on per month basis;
- Fixed Price basis : Project budget and duration is fixed;
The operarting mode of the development team in such scenarios is purely Offshore model, with possibly a small Onsite co-ordinator requirement.
