Consultancy Services primarily focuses on providing high-end pre-Development activities aimed at assisting the Management’s Planning processes. These Services may be availed by a Client for a particular Software development project or the complete program. It may even be followed by our core Development Services offerings as per the Client requirements. Consultancy Services are mainly advisory in nature and generally fall into one of the following categories (as also depicted in the figure below)
