The ODC (Offshore Development Center) model primarily focuses on building an extended team for the Client’s complete software development program, at our development center itself. Our development team is solely dedicated at managing the Client’s operations.
As part of our ODC offering we can provide both Technical as well as Management support to our Clients at our development center. The Client simply pays based on the Head count of the various Techarts involved in the complete program for a prior approved duration.
The general mode of operation involves a core TAP process.
The Technology transfer phase, where either our team of techarts visits the Client’s center onsite or a team of experts from the Client side visit our offshore center for Technology transfer.
This is followed by Technology Adoption phase where our team of techarts replicate the technology environment of the Client Site at our development center.
Which is finally followed by the Technology Production phase where our team of techarts finally start delivering services to augment the Client’s development needs.
